Gene’s Baseball Scrapbook
Gene Camozzi kept a scrapbook of news clippings from games he played. From his early years as a kid in San Francisco’s North Beach to his days with the San Mateo Blues. It is the foundation for my baseball research project. It is how I first learned about his career, and what motivates me to search for more details. There is no chronological order to the book, it’s more of a kaleidoscope view of a semi-pro baseball players career.
